cos its a bit more than fluffy talk Im sure To date, 102 adults have been charged with 533 incidents of crimes committed on Perth’s home building sites. full info on name and shame here http://hianameandshame.com.au/ what do you think builders should be doing? given constructions are often in new estates with noone around and anyone can break a window or jemmie a sliding door etc or simply take things from homes before they are locked up and take they will, window frames, copper piping, you name it I do know in some estates they actually have undercover servelliance or monitoring of people going in and out from time to time (spot checking as part of this campaign) but that all costs money naturally and who should pay the bills for it? its a big problem for everyone Re: NOT HAPPY JAN :(( 22Jan 10, 2008 6:43 pm the wa program is aimed at people giving up info on the repeat offenders who basically strip houses for a living as it is normally these people not once of offenders. I must say though none in our subdivision where we are building that i have spoken to has had any problems with anything being broken into and stolen at all in the last 6 months that we have been building.
