I looked at a C&J home a few years back when they had a display in bundoora. I'm not sure how many different designes they have but this was an edwardian. Our house would be based on The Fairhaven (http://www.cjdh.com.au/), altered to suit our narrow block. Whilst a bit more expensive than Metricon, Simonds, etc. we are hoping for higher quality (for instance, when asked if Simonds could do square cornices, the answer was no which to me means sloppy work as for square cornices, the walls need to be perfectly straight - so I was told by people in the know)... I hope I know what I'm talking about...
