Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 20, 2011 12:00 pm had a phone call this morning from our new neighbours.turns out that someone in our new estate threw a party last night and decided to have it on our veranda.we live not too far from our new build and do keep a regular check on the house.anyway they saw people urinating and crapping in our house angry is an understatement.the police were called last night and i,m waiting to find out whats being done about it.im furious with the builder as he told me it would be on lockup as of friday but failed to get the garage door fitted. Re: disrespectful pigs 2Mar 20, 2011 12:05 pm So sorry to hear! That is terrible! Absolutely disgusting! Dont be too angry at your builder, as annoying as it is to not be at lockup, the animals who did this to your home, may have done it regardless, they may have broken windows to gain access. It's really disgusting to say the least. Hopefully they get caught out and will have to face whatever the maximum penalty is. Re: disrespectful pigs 3Mar 20, 2011 12:17 pm thanks erin, we have got the phone number for the rental agents to the people who own the house where the party started, someone built an investment property and rented it out to this bogun guy whos causing havok on the estate, theyve been hooning round the streets and doing donuts on all the vacant blocks and generally being a pain.the police are called every weekend so they must be getting fed up with him by now.hopefully we can get him evicted. Re: disrespectful pigs 4Mar 20, 2011 1:12 pm That's a good start! Hopefully the idiot gets a decent punishment... eviction would be nice! disrespectful pigs 5Mar 20, 2011 1:22 pm Sorry to hear this people have done such terribly dusgustings acts. It's bad enough that I see kids in my neighbourhood throwing rocks through the new houses being built but for grown adults to do this, terrible! I hope something is done about it! Re: disrespectful pigs 9Mar 20, 2011 8:39 pm The good news is that the builder will have it totally cleaned and removed well before you move in... the bad news is the culprits may still be your neighbours. Good luck with getting them evicted though! Re: disrespectful pigs 10Mar 20, 2011 8:50 pm boofallen That is disgusting!! Police probably cant do anything unless they catch them red handed unfortunately. Which estate are you building in? Ferals in every neighbourhood unfortunately. narangba /burpengary boarder.as you say ferals in every neighbourhood. spoke with all the neighbours that live there today and there all fed up with him and are all ringing the agent tomorrow Re: disrespectful pigs 11Mar 20, 2011 8:53 pm Wow that's horrible! Nothing worse then bad neighbours, I've had some shockers in my time - but as you sow you reap. Good luck sorting it out! It's strange - our neighbour popped his over the fence and spoke to Dh this arvo - they're due to move in to their house in 4 weeks and the same thing happened to them - someone smeared poop all over their kitchen bench. It truly is disgraceful what some people do. If the agent isn't interested I'd try and contact the owner - I bet they would be panicked knowing that some animal was in their investment property. Re: disrespectful pigs 15Mar 21, 2011 3:06 pm we got hold of the investers for the house today and there asking the rental agents to evict him immediately so should be gone in a few days.they also offered to pay the clean up bill which is a good jesture. Re: disrespectful pigs 16Mar 21, 2011 4:13 pm That is good of them to pay the clean up bill. The menatlity of some people is a worry, it would take a real loser to do that sort of thing. You work so hard to build your home, to have someone do that, it's just pathetic. Oh that is fantastic!! Yay, good for you! Now you don't have to live near them anymore.. maybe you will get a friend out of the owner and you can tell them what type of people are living in their investment! |
