Can any one advise us on where to start what to do and what the best products are? Any help would be greatly appreciated. You really need to try and get any adhesive off the floor first. You don't want to be trying to remove it with the floor sander.
Try some acetone or thinners. Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15884 1000000% definitely add insulation.
