Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 22, 2006 12:08 pm Has anyone had experience raising and building underneath their house? At the moment we are trying to get ballpark figures for the project before we even go down the path of planning, quoting etc. Someone suggested approx. $60k for raising, restumping, slab etc, however not including building in underneath. Can anyone offer any suggestions regarding approximate pricing if we wished to build in 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and rumpus room after the house has been raised? Any advice at all would be appreciated.
