does not appear too bad, but try to find people who actually built with them.
But one thing I can tell you for sure, the joinery is the same rubbish like most other builders use.

Ask them for tilt and turn windows with consealed multilook system operated with one nice handle.
Most aluminium joinery comes with modern looking 1940's hardware

Just remember to take a good look at different options for the windows, it is an essential part of your house and often neglected in the process.

Hi,
I have only just joined and so may be too late in giving you my experience with building an Allcastle Home in Sydney.
Without writing a novel, the good points were;
Built on time

Bad points;
Absolutely the worst painting quality ever, they painted our house 4 times and it is still a disgrace! Tradesmen who cannot speak a word of english...I'm serious.
Joinery is average at best.
Would you believe we have internal walls that are not square!! More than one too.
We have had a leaking roof on several occasions that actually cut the power because water poured into power sockets in the garage....this happened on 3 occasions and was only finally fixed at the fourth attempt this year.
Cracks in corners.
Cracks in ceiling.
Timber falling away from brickwork in garage.
Upstairs floorboards that creak with every step and they refuse point blank to even look at them let alone fix them.
They don't reply to letters, emails or phone calls.

I have just had a quick look at them and found no adverse commercial information, but I will make some phone calls on Monday to check trade ref's etc and post a completed report for you and all other forum members to read.

Glad to hear you had no problems. I'm sure they were more than happy to paint various colours, that's how they make their money?
