Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 10, 2011 7:29 pm We are currently looking for a custom builder to build and design our house. As one of the builders currently doesn't have a display we have been given some clients phone numbers to ask them some questions on their experience... This is where I'm at: • Did ***** homes design your house? If so how did you find the design service? Did you have much input with coming up with the facade? • How many attempts did they have before they got it right? • How accurate was their estimation of cost? And were there any hidden extras that came up along the way. • Were they forward in contacting you for information? • Did you have any Issues or concerns throughout dealing ***** homes? Building and designing • Were you happy with the finish of the house? And over all quality? • Did you have a defect list? An how easy were they to deal with to get things fixed? • Did they provide you with all the places to see samples and make suggestion’s as to what would look good. All help would be Appreciated Regards Justin Re: Questions to ask a customer of Custom Builder 2Feb 10, 2011 7:34 pm how 'bout... can I come have a look at your house? or if you don't want to be that forward, ask for some pictures? we custom built and I think you've got a good list there "Your emotions are the slaves to your thoughts, and you are the slave to your emotions." — Elizabeth Gilbert Living in our new house.
