For those interested I have used my IT project management experience to put together a tool that should help you to prioritize what you might need for your building or renno. (for those familiar the tool is called a QFD)
We found that we needed it coz we wanted everything but couldn't afford everything so really needed to nail what is / isn't important.
If you are familiar with Excel then you should be able to use it quite easily.
Depending on responses I may sharpen this up a little to make it more easier to use.
