Nowadays, they use CNC machines to cut to less than 1 mm tolerance, Blum hardware and high quality low emission materials to produce, provide you free designs and 3D rendering, etc. They can even organize you a special glass splash-back with custom high resolution prints on it. You can also get access to some special stuff which is considered high end in Australia such as 18 or 20 mm plywood carcasses. They also provide you with free samples, etc. (you only pay the shipping fee). I am planning to order my kitchen, counter tops, wardrobes, built-in furniture, internal doors, tiles and engineered flooring from China. To give you an idea of a pricing, e.g. for 5.8 meter kitchen + 3x1 meter island with Calacatta Marble-styled quartz countertops, Blum soft closing hardware, 18 mm plywood carcasses, glossy shark nose (bottom) + push-to-open (top) 2pac they have quoted me US$5.6K (obviously plus freight, GST, etc.). As I will be ordering a big container from China, I am planning to stack up all the stuff together and then ship it in one go. Hi Alexp79, can you please tell me which company in China you decided to go ahead with and if you recommend them please. I hope you now have the amazing kitchen you were hoping for Re: Importing kitchen from China 16Jan 20, 2019 12:25 am alexsandro13 Very versatile question. A friend of mine recently ordered a kitchen from China, most recently, to be exact a few weeks ago, he installed this kitchen. I hadn’t visited him at home yet, but the photos he sent me look pretty pretty. I like his purchase. But I have not yet thought about such a purchase for myself, and I am not sure if I need it now one hundred percent. In any case, you should weigh the benefits of such a product from China. Hi Alexsandro13, could you possibly find out from your friend which company in China they used and if they would recommend them? I done designs and asked for quotations from Foshan Ais Living and Hangzhou Aisen Furniture (look for them at Alibaba them). No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6625 2 4669 that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink 1 7379 |
