Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 28, 2010 1:16 pm I am in the process of getting a major reno done to my dwelling in the Nth Western 'burbs of Sydney. This maybe an intimidating experience for many as it was or is for us. Questions like, how much, how long, what to do, how to do, will it look grand etc take control; frustration settles in & peace of mind taken away.
Our project started in August 2010 and it was going to be a substantial transformation from remodeling bedrooms, ensuites, extensions, expansions and will most definitely end with a bumped up landscape complimented by an existing saltwater pool. Now 3 mths & still with a healthy bank account later, I am literally amazed at the transformation esp the amount & quality of work which most are willing to pay for. The 4 bdrm/2 bath closed in house which we bought is long gone to be replaced by an open plan living, walk-in/out which gives you the feeling that you are in a resort. The work is still not quite finished yet but the sheer quality and the amount of work already committed leaves one to understand, admire and appreciate the superior class of our builders. Not only is a priceless gem in the building industry's crown, they are very distinguished & extremely well reputable. They are a group of highly switched on, hard working, honest, reliable, friendly & genuine individuals. At the end of each day, they leave you with a sense of deep satisfaction and a feeling of happiness & delight! If I were to build a house tomorrow from the ground up, I will look no further than . They are fully licensed and accredited and what steps them up from the rest of the crowd, is their wealth of experience and knowledge. If you are scratching your head to start off a renovation (irrespective of size), not knowing who to get I sincerely urge you to .I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed!
What you are looking at is fibrous plaster, true gypsum, it is cast on horizontal beds with fibers included to give strength. I has no Asbestos in it. Houses before 1985… 2 7142 Hmmm, I have checked your past posts and it seems that you are in NSW, not WA as I had thought. It pays to show your State in your avatar. Retaining wall regulations… 5 7866 Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 35332 |
