Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 25, 2010 9:32 pm Hi all, Can anyone tell me if it is possible to submit plans for DA approval BEFORE the land has been registered? Or is it council specific? The land we are hoping to purchase is due to be registered late 2011/early 2012 and we would obviously like to get as much done before this as we can. Any ideas? We will be going through Blue Mountains City Council. Thanks!
