Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 24, 2010 9:05 pm I have my tile appointment tomorrow and not sure whether we should upgrade to have the front porch paved. At present the standard inclusion is for the porch to be painted in the same colour as the footpath and driveway (which will be a charcoal grey). Am wondering if the front entry will still look OK without being tiled or if it looks cheap? I thought it would look fine but before each appointment I doubt myself and end up spending more but our budget is straining without adding this too. If anyone has any pics of an unpaved porch, it would be much appreciated if you would post them. thanks in advance. It's just the same colour as normal concrete, from when the slab was laid. Our driveway, although meant to be coloured, is also the same colour as normalconcrete so it all ties in ok. Here are some pics. the first one is just of the plants but you can see the porch behind it and the driveway to the left. the second one is from a bit further away.
