The house we are considering buying has a steep drive, and I would like to cut into the block to lower the car port, bring it forward (shorten the drive), and make steps up to the front landing area instead. It is presently concreted, which would need lifting, and is about a 30-40` incline(?). I'd keep the car port at the top and build it in, or fence it for the kids to scooter on! The land on the left is very steep downwards, and right steep up wards. They did a good job of finding the best angle on a small block, to get up high. Any help is greatly appreciated, as in, thousands, 10s of thousands... anything! Cheers. The Gap, QLD. You must be new to the internet.
