Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Nuisance neighbours - HELP! 61Jun 08, 2011 1:09 pm Have had dealings with a similar nutcase. Almost identical in that he was an angry little man living with his defacto. Went to mediation over a number of issues, but as suggested by others here, it solves very little. You've got to understand going in to mediation that it's all about finding the middle ground, and when the other party is so far off into space, you'll just end up having to agree to some of their ridiculous demands in order to hit that middle ground. The funny part was that we ended up finding out that they had sone "crops" in their backyard, so a quick phonecall to the police and an early morning raid certainly made the good guys feel a little better! Try not to obsess over what he's doing because it'll just consume you and you'll be as bad as him!
