Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 30, 2010 10:50 pm Hi guys, I'm interested in some feedback for any of you that live in an estate where a community strata is involved. I obviously know the general +'s (pool, tennis court, and manicured gardens) and the -'s (quarterly strata, estate restrictions etc) but does anyone have any more in depth observations after having lived somewhere like this for a longer period of time. We are building with Mirvac in Glenfield in one of these estates and it would be great if you could share some of these experiences. They walk to the pool every day in summer for a swim and the neighbors get together regularly at the clubhouse for bbqs as their yards are too small to have everyone around. The security guard is still there after a few years and keeps close tabs on the pool users to ensure they live in the estate.
