He will not be undertaking any work on site himself. We are in the middle of negotiating a price. Has anyone had any experience in this, and could suggest a fair price, or some sort of formula for arriving at a fair price? The contract cost will be around $540,000 for the two units. If i had a builders license i would be charging at least $10K a house on top of any cost( insurance). I would also want to inspect the house throughout to build.
