We would like to build two-storey and I'm pretty keen to make use of the northern sun, which means having living areas towards the front, but am finding it very difficult to find any plans that are designed this way. Ideally we would like all four bedrooms and living/dining/games downstairs and for upstairs to be a study/theatre/rumpus room type space. If anyone has plans that sound similar, i would love to see them!!
