I saw a wall the covered with a material.
I took picture from it from near and far and attached to this post.
can any one say me what is this material? and how I can made it for my home?

The get this finish you'd need to employ a renderer or you could have a crack yourself, but IMO you're far better off getting a professional in for this type of job. You'd also need to have a substrate suitable for rending, like brick.
