I saw a wall the covered with a material. I took picture from it from near and far and attached to this post. can any one say me what is this material? and how I can made it for my home?
That picture appears to be the exterior of the building, in which case I'd say its a rendered finish (applied to a substrate of brickwork, or perhaps blue-board). The get this finish you'd need to employ a renderer or you could have a crack yourself, but IMO you're far better off getting a professional in for this type of job. You'd also need to have a substrate suitable for rending, like brick.
Perhaps if you provided more information and clearer photos, someone might know. With the information here, we could be guessing for days. Textured paint, render, some kind of plaster effect....could be anything.
