I was hoping that someone could recommend a good demolition company that salvages as well. The house we are knocking down was renovated less than 4 years ago and has a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. You would have to specify the items you want to keep and the demo company will probably not do much to help. You can use the electrician and plumber to remove appliances as they will have to come out to disconnect utilities. Are you wanting to sell or re use the old stuff?
