Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 09, 2010 9:25 pm Our neighbour has their garage slab on their fenceline, their garage is further back than our so we actually get to look out to a brick wall from our dining area!! Anyway, we are doing a garden bed up against their wall and were digging around today. When we starting digging close to the fenceline, we noticed our neighbours builder had done a really sloppy job with their slab pour. To the point where their slab has an overflow of about 35-40cm into our property (it had been simply covered up with soil)! What are our rights in regards to this? Its not part of the slab IMO as its only about 7-10cm thick. How do we get this recified? Can we hire a jackhammer and just knock it off with it? Any advice or ideas are much appreciated! ICK So glad the building is over, never again. Loooove our house, but still not quite sure it was worth all of the stress they put us through!
