Despite numerous polite requests and official visits from the local boys in blue (called via the local police phone number) the disturbances continued...said gentleman filled his lawnmower up with fuel, parked it on his side of the fence next to the neighbours bedroom window-started it and went to work at 7-am! Mower ran out of fuel during the day, but apparently had done the job and noisy neighbour behaved much better!
