Hi Guys, I have a quick query as we are not sure if our building company is being unreasonable.
We just got our keys last week and rang telstra to connect our telephone line. Telstra informed us that we have no cable running from our house to the telstra pit. Tesltra told us that our builder should have laid it. I rang the builder and she said that they had only run conduit because during prestart we said we didnt want telephone points.
(Which is true - at prestart when we were doing our electrics she asked where we wanted our phone point and I said we are not sure yet we will get one later. She did not at this time tell me that if I didnt get a phone point they would not lay the cable.)
Anyway I am so fed up with them - its going to cost me a fortune to get cable laid. Is it me in the wrong or them???
