Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 06, 2010 3:40 pm hi i have currently just bought a block of land and looking with building threw mcdonald jones homes in muswellbrook, itl be my first home to build or buy only 22 years old, i am looking at building the havana balinese facade. just trying to get an idea of how much it will really actualy cost roughly all up ready to move in, base price is about 180k, doesnt include flooring, driveway, fences ect,, if anyone could give me a rough price of how much it will actualy cost or how much i should add to that to give me an idea that would be great .. cheers.
