We have put in our proposal for subdividing a block of land which we have purchased with a builder. Once we get our separate title we can start the building process (owner builder). The block of land is in Geelong and we have sweeping views of the Barwon River. The land is 1300square meters and on a very very steep slope. I was hoping some of you have built on a steep incline and could offer us some guidance on floor plans, design, cladding and any advice which will helps us build on this difficult slope. Don't forgot to post some pictures of your plans & land, we all like to have a nosey. Who are you building with?!? because its not being managed properly.
