Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 28, 2010 11:53 pm hi all, 1st time poster, long time lurker. we are building withh Bellmarch and were quoted $1500 for fill import/export as provisional. 1st Construction variation is for $4k soil removal & sand import. Yet there is still 10tonne left on our slab from external drainage, & sewer encasing. so likely another 3-4K. cannot use this as dirt there a re bits of broken clay pipes throughout the spoil. Is this our liability? should we fight itor do we just sign variation. Just wish we were consulted on these costs... wondering how they could be so far off with their provisional. c Site Works 2Sep 29, 2010 12:34 am Hi All, We are looking at building in WA (the vines).
