I guess my query really relates to costs, with the box gutter & the driveway issue would you think it will be more expensive than if we built two rooms off the back of the house. Does conversion of a garage save $$ compared to a new room built from scratch?? What would you do??? Thanks for reading and for any and all help - this forum has been my saviour so far and provided so much information and we haven't even really started yet!!
