Does anyone know if there is a legal minimum bedroom size?
I have an apartment in St Kilda with 2 bedrooms - one bedroom in 3.26m x 2.35m with their cupboard in hallway directly outside the bedroom.
I am considering making this bedroom bigger and making my kitchen/open plan living area smaller by 1.2m.
Or do people just expect small bedrooms in this area (St Kilda apartment)??
Thanks for your thoughts

Bad move I reckon. Personally I reckon maximised living areas are preferable to bigger bedrooms. At the end of the day, a bedroom is a room to sleep in right?
UNLESS, you are looking to rent it out and not live in it, then maybe 2 equally sized bedrooms would be better to attract both a couple and 2 singles.
