Boutique Homes?

Boutique homes was our second choice for builder after M as we liked the floorplans better with M. I met the David you speak about at Caroline Springs and i too thought he was excellent and why I kept them in mind to build with them. We went through the head office thing with M and were having a horrendous time. The day before we signed our contract with M i was just over it and ready to change builder. I rang David out of curiosity to see if Boutique homes could build something similar to what we were looking for. It was so bizarre as I rang him and guess what .....he now works for M as a manager of the inner city houses. He also said boutique homes don't build inner city so we couldn't have used them anyway. I had a chat to him, he rang head office for me and helped me to sort out some of the problems we'd been having. We ended up thinking it was meant to be that we are building with M after such a bizarre experience, and he's been more help to us than anyone at head office.
