I would certainly ask for the first hole to be filled but the other cracks may not require any attention. I would still ask the builder about them. Better safe than sorry. The holes are a result of blow out from the blaster and occures when there might have been a chunk of sand that wasn't well mixed or mortar not properly done. The resolve here is that they will come around with some fresh morter and "repoint" the mortar. They might unfortunately use uncoloured mortar which looks unnatural. 2.) room4acubby's snipit says it all. <5mm you don't have a leg to stand on. Your best bet is to write it down as a concern in your PCI list and then monitor it over 6 -12 months. Houses do tend to settle especially on highly reactive clay (if you sit on clay).
