My best friend owns a gyprock supply and install company. He does alot of work for the big name companies(wont name them) including a contract he just got for perhaps the biggest one. So he supplies and provides the subbies for over 600 project homes a year. He said they quote a "normal house at $9 per square metre supplied and installed. Things like coffered ceilings etc are a little more.
