Make sure you feed them with some morning tea and lunch as well as a few beers at the end of the job. Don't let your eagerness to move in compromise a quaility job when they are left to do their work. i'd say leave them be and to call you when they are done. WHAT……you kidding? Yeah give em a couple of beers at the end of the day…..but don’t pander to them. My thoughts on this one, go let them do what they have to do, while your around they will be holding back their language….hopefully, and regretting the whole time that your there.
