We had our house designed by an architect, but a builder to inspect. Ours is a pest inspector also. This guy took the time to do the 2 years training to become a pest controller and he is great. Used him for a house we bought also. He was there all the way through from slab to handover and it was money well spent. We have never had a problem, he picked up on thing I didnt even see.
