Sorry, I'm new to the forum and also computer illiterate.I'm in Adelaide and ask because after seven days with min of 3guys a day they have only just finished the gyprock- no flushing.does this sound right? Thanks i Re: gyprock costs 4Jul 06, 2010 8:42 pm Well assuming the weather isn't against them I might think 3 guys working flat could take a week or more. You do have to be patient when building. There's no benefit in getting anxious. Tradies can come and go off job sites - so there's no fixed time when you are building a house Sit back and relax Re: gyprock costs 5Jul 06, 2010 8:54 pm Thanks, just want to make sure we're not getting ripped off.A series of problems ment we've had to get them to do a lot more than we wanted to.I know all about patience I'vebeen waiting 3 years to get to this point now I can see the finish line I just want everyone to sprint. 6 11133 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13053 |
