Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 01, 2006 2:25 am Hi,
I'm new here, but I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a good building consultant or building solicitor? I need one for an action we (the owners corporation) are taking up against the builder? In a nutshell, the builder's plumber (incorrectly) used concrete to seal the connection to the sewer mains instead of rubber and PVC. We only found this out because we believe there was a gap in the concrete seal which allowed roots to enter just inside the junction arm. I've got alot of photos and video of the day we had to excavate to clear the blockage, but we'll probably need a professional opinion about what the tribunal is likely to say. From what I know Jerry Tyrell is one of the most professional about and knows exactly all the issues. Tyrells is NOT one of these. Good luck and let me know how you go. 9 24816 Thank you. Do I use timber floorboards for stairs or do people use timber treads? Or is both the same? 6 7310 Hi, I have had them in the past and the pros are: Versatile, i.e many different colours and styles to choose… 1 6888 |
