Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 27, 2010 1:08 pm Hi people im just wondering if someone has advice or information on a problem i have i currently in the middle of getting a loan for some land i purchased i have given a deposit for the land i have given my bank all my payslips everything you need to give but just recently my work made me redundant and lost my job im in a real bad situation and dont know what to do if i tell my bank i will not get my loan true? and probaly loose my deposit? has anyone got some info for me? Got the loan then quit my job before the land even settled. I started my own business after that. If you got the loan approved there won't be anymore proof of income you need. as long as you know you can pay the loan I wouldn't stress.
