It looks california bungalow type style and has old wooden windows. The house is rather cheap for the area and although needing loads of work replastering, replacing wooden windows with aluminium, removal of combustion stove, outside rendering etc it should come up alright when im done. I have a building inspection pencilled in late next week so hope to find its structurally sound.
