Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 12, 2010 5:39 pm Hi, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My in laws are planning to sell their house. The agent has given them the measurements of what their land size and it seems a lot smaller than what they thought it was. It is a weird shaped block (not a rectangle) with a few different sides so am wondering if anyone knows of anyone who can come in and measure the block and give them peace of mind that the land sze quoted in their section 32 is correct. Thankyou! Re: how to measure land size 3Jun 12, 2010 5:57 pm If the block is in Victoria you can use this website http://services.land.vic.gov.au/maps/interactive.jsp . Just put the address in the left side, then use the 5th tool from the right (measure area) in the panel along the top. Just click on all of the corner points of the block and it will give you a pretty accurate (but not exact) measurement of the land size. If you're not in Victoria I don't know what site you would use, but each state would have something similar. Dear Members I have to decide the Facade column size. My custom builder standard is 350mm with rendering, but i asked for 470mm plus stone or tiles and yet to get… 0 7414 All sorted guys. Just needed to buy a blade with the correct bush.
