Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 25, 2010 9:55 pm Hi all, As you might know i am building with W homes and man it is 1mth and 6days since i have left them the initial deposit to achieve a tender. I know the surveyors were out there like 2 wks ago and yes i have been chasing them up. I feel like a stalker ringing them so much. i am getting pressure from my bank with them telling me approval time will run out and estate sales person wanting me to settle on the land. (delayed settlement pending tender and restructure of loan). i had found a site (Product Review . com) where owner of this company was defending his companies name even to the point labled his own mobile number to call him to explain on individual cases why these ppl are complaining. i decided even after that to stick with them because i whole heartedly believe that an experience totally depends on the person your dealing with. God im in the same type of business and understand that we are all human and things go wrong but its the way and steps a company takes that makes the difference. since i found you guys i have met one person who didnt like this company and there are many of you building with W homes which made me think well you know what, they must have restructured something for so many ppl to be happy during there building process. i gotta tell ya i am praying that this Company isnt taking so much on, they cant keep up with the demand. Your thoughts please...... my land is flat and i now Know its "M"class slab ready.. and have made modest changes nothing too big.. ill start my blogg showing details of original plans to my variations soon. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=37134 THE THREAD https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=35962 THE BLOG! http://pedrosinspiredbeauty.blogspot.com/ BRICKS BRICKS ARE FINISHED... Re: HOW LONG FOR A TENDER DOES IT TAKE? 8May 25, 2010 11:30 pm Oh Pedro being patient is something you will learn to get used to maybe if you mention your looking at other builders they will hurry up! So your in stage 3. . .now it makes sense as I know that G is building down there.I will take a look on my next walk, if it's not raining! I think the first people have moved into their house in that stage. I thought that it was all single storey in that part? Beer idea sounds good or Sauv blanc in my case I have already shared a glass of bubbly with G.
