He has quoted us $275 inc GST per inspection. We know he is good as he was recommended by a friend who recently used him... ur thoughts appreciated... Consider the amount you are investing in your house- the IBI's charge is nothing in comparison. And $275 per inspection is a great price! I'm glad I got one as there were a few issues that my builder had to fix up and I shudder to think that if I hadn't got him in what affect it would have had a few years down the track.
