Things in my life NEVER stay the same so; Dont despair for too long over bad things, they happen to everyone and wont stay that bad forever and Enjoy and embrace all happy things, they wont last forever, but the happy memory will. Embrace change its a good thing. (a recent, hard-learned lesson for me) don't take life too seriously...i wish I was 21 again and could know this, would have saved me a lot of heartache. do stuff that makes you feel good. pretty generic and obvious i know, but especially as parents we can so often lose ourselves by trying to make sure our little people are happy. when WE are happy though, this is the best example we can set to our kids. don't put your happiness in other people's hands... lastly... since the day i stopped worrying that the house wasn't spotless 100% if the time, I have been a much happier person.
