Again it all depends on the type of bath that you want. We upgraded to a corner spa when we built 9 yrs ago and I think that it was approximately $1000 give or take upgrade in price, and that wasn't a really great spa, with jets in all major cavities just 6 approx 10 cm from baase of the bath. Saying that I would never get another one. Instead I would just get a normal shape bath with the spa jets. The corner spa's are awkward especially if you have young kids that you want to throw in the bath.
