Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 20, 2007 3:26 pm We need to get rid off the old pool when we demolish our house. Are there any smart practical ideas to cut down the cost and make use of the existent structure?
My current plan is: 1. remove the small dog house (where the pool motors are) and put a garden shed in that spot (saving on the floor) 2. Damage the pool (make holes) and fill it with good soil. Create a garden feature in there with walking path-way around it. Any constructive ideas would be great! - devank Re: What to do with old pool 4Sep 20, 2007 5:37 pm I have seen people over here just fill their pools with rubbish, (as in trees/paper/old cupboards/pipes etc) then put sand on top, I guess they compact it down a bit as well.
