Hi all,
Just a few questions on what is the norm for a few items that concern me that I want fixed before the hand over. date.
The first - is in the Landry. On top of at the end of the bench at the back under the tile against the wall, there is no silicon and there for a gap for water to seep into. Does this need to be fixed ?
Second - Is in the Landry again but between the skirting tiles and under the cupboards there is no silicon and there a good 0.5cm cap for water to seep into. Does this need to be fixed ?
Third - Is in the main bathroom. Where tiles on two walls are meant to meet but one is short by 0.5cm all the way down the wall, so instead of tiles meeting at the corner there is a 90 degree cut out so to speak on that corner. Can and Should I get them to fix this.
Forth - Is in the Theater room. Where I have installed two cavity doors, but the doors are to small for the door way leaving a gap of 3cm on the end of the doors. How will I get them to fix this, as I don't want just a ******* bit of wood nailed onto the exciting door way. It also falls off the guide when fully closed.
Cheers for any help
J.
