My husband used to be a plasterer and so hung all the gyprock himself, but he didn't want to do the setting as he hasn't done this for a while and wouldn't be able to do a good quality job. Perhaps you could hang the gyprock yourself and then get a plasterer to do the finishing touches like we did? The wall sheets are easy enough (so I believe) but it's the big ceiling sheets that are the hardest, you will need a few strong people with you to help lift them.
