Get your own building report detailing all damages, get an arborist report on the property and surrounding trees and find a decent solicitor. Collate all of your correspondence, write a timeline of your whole experience and pass it all on to the Solicitor. Not admitting guilt does not give the builder carte blanche on repair work.
