It seems that the dramas with the bank will never end. And now the conveyencer is chipping in too.
The draw down amount for settlement has been changed four times in my dealings with the bank, with the latest being a reduced amount.
The bank claims to have sent advice to the conveyencer on this amount. The conveyencer won't give me a final amount until the settlement is booked in with the bank.
I found a little bit of information on disbursements, but none on extra allowences for other cost at settlement. I remember being told about these at contract signing, but the amounts were not quantified.
Can anyone give me an idea of what I'm up for, I'm expecting a call back today, but with settlement now due on the 6th, I have to be able to gather up the balance of funds to provide to the conveyancer tomorrow. I only found this out a few minutes ago after making a phone call.
Can anyone help?
