That is a excellent report you have done with Claredon. BTW, are you dealing with a salesperson by the name of Roger. I found him to be very helpful. We also looked at the Renmark 52. Wow! what a house. Good luck mate, keep us posted. Regards, Paul life is beautiful Re: Tendering Advise Please 9Sep 10, 2007 9:38 am bread and butter BTW, are you dealing with a salesperson by the name of Roger. I found him to be very helpful. Claredon's tender was the best (just for $800) out of all there. Everyone else wants you to pay 3-4 K before preparing the contour survey or actual architectural design! Couple of friends have bought houses which were built by Claredon and they are very happy with the quality of the house. I also went to see the Renmark 52 and came back with a 'WOW'. .. but didn't take it any further I hope you have been doing visits to the homeworld and checked out everyone. - devank Re: Tendering Advise Please 10Sep 10, 2007 10:30 am bread and butter Mark, That is a excellent report you have done with Claredon. Regards, Paul Our salesman was Ty, at the Glenwood display homes, since that's where the Springwood is on display. Before this we did speak with Roger. He didn't seem very knowledgable when it came to the Domaine designs. Clarendon took over Domaine homes and the Springwood is a Domaine design. Unfortunately we think the Renmark 52 will be out of our reach price wise. Great house though.
