Built with New Generation (Summit Homes) We own land!... with a slab on it! Plus a shell of a house with stuff inside ! Re: Gainsborough internal door Handles / Lever sets 5Mar 31, 2010 8:28 am we have the sofia ones all through our house. We also have a Precise trilock front door. they are really comfortable and look great but I've noticed for some reason the one on the pantry seems to work loose often. It might be the way it was installed. Re: Gainsborough internal door Handles / Lever sets 7Apr 01, 2010 6:55 pm Got the contractor 100 - Amelai sets. Love em. We even matched our tapware to them! The only foible I have with them is that the lockable sets, the handle moves so much more to open than the non lockable sets. But otherwise, they are good. They are comfortable to use, but can show fingerprints from kiddies. Not a problem to give them a once over with a rag to remove them. I have fixed ones as well on the wardrobes, and one has worked loose a little, but not difficult to fix. We also have one on our exterior front door which has weathered considerably (not terribly happy about) and will bring this up at 12 month maintenance and attempt to get it replaced. The laundry door exterior one is fine... Henley - Wilshire Mk 3 ... I love my house!!
