Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 24, 2010 9:44 pm Hello people, from Mangos husband,
We have an elevated home in the far north of Australia. We have just embarked on another project (one more in the long line of projects that get between me and barra fishing), enclosing half the underhouse area for a unit. I will be welding up frames any day now, just have to finish off some of the fiddly bits first. On the relevent part of my plans I have the notation, "corrosion resistant paint or moisture proof membrane under all wall frames" which means to me between the bottom plate and the concrete slab. I was thinking of bitumum paint or that nylon type material that usually water proofs around windows, Anyone got suggestions or recommendations on what other product might suit?
